Melanie Farrar, Founding Member, qualified in Personnel and Training Management, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in December 2000, with distinction. She holds further qualifications in Project Management, International Diploma in the English Language, is an accredited Training Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator and holds a diploma as an Internationally Qualified Forensic Phycophysiologist. With more than 17 years’ experience in various industries from entertainment to consulting engineering and many technical industries.

Melanie has since been recognized for a published White Paper: Career Parthing in the Contact Centre Industry.

Melanie fills the seat as Director – Governance and Ethics for The South African Professional Polygraph Association (2019).

As founder member, Melanie strongly subscribes to continued education of herself and others contracting into the company. Melanie’s passion to drive performance stems from her personal philosophy and definition of integrity. You would find she lives that definition daily. “Do what you said you were going to do, when you said you were going to do it, at a level you said you were going to do, so that you can be proud of yourself.”

Melanie strives to live life with meaning and believes that one should touch at least one person’s life positively daily. Often challenging fellow consultants and contractors to do likewise. Melanie mentors various individuals to assist with growth in their personal and business improvement.
